The Management Team

Corinna- General Manager- A former DU student herself, Corinna’s expertise and experience aids both landlords and tenants alike. Her huge work ethic shines through everyday, yet she still finds time in the day to help anyone in need and build quality relationships. Corinna has a passion for travel, loves a good hike and surprising everyone with her fluent Italian. 🇮🇹

Alan- Operations Manager- In charge of property management and operations, one could argue Al has the hardest jobs in Team MD yet, he makes sure our renowned quality of service is exceptional for both tenants and especially landlords. It must be added, you wont have a bigger laugh with anyone!

Gemma Y- Finance and Administration Director- ‘The back bone.’ By far the kindest at Team MD, Gemma goes the extra mile everyday to make sure we’re being the best we can be, she inspires everyone to go the extra mile. Gemma’s puppy brings her the most enjoyment and she loves nothing more than play and cuddle time with Arthur🐶.

Property Management & Operations Team

Leanne- Property Management– As part of the property management team, its Leanne’s job to respond to both the tenant and landlord in their time of need. From arranging repairs, to processing applications, she’ll be there to get it sorted. The weekend getaway queen- no one knows where Leanne will be one weekend to the next.

Claire- Property Management- With a wealth of experience in the area, Claire knows property compliance like the back of her hand. Very kind natured, she loves a good chinwag and makes sure everyone is performing their best. Claire say’s family time is her happy place.

Faye- Lettings Negotiator- A local lass, with a passion to help everyone she comes into contact with, it could be argued Faye is a tenant favourite. Faye loves nothing more than making you a cuppa and discussing the best options with both current and future tenants. When not at work, Faye can be found doing ‘the big shop’ or lounging on the sofa with her bulldog Maggie and a glass of wine🍷

Tom- Sales and Marketing- Tom prides himself on giving the best advice to Landlords, helping them expand their portfolio and find the dream tenants. Another Durham native, he has a wealth of local knowledge and enjoys comedy, fishing and clay pigeon shooting.

‘The Lads’

Mark and Billy- Property Maintenance Operatives- Reliable and hard working, Mark and Billy make sure our tenants and landlords are getting the best quality service. They respond at a moments notice and both take huge pride in their work.
