Pub Quizzes

Monday Night:

The Station House, every other Monday night starting at 8pm. £1 entry, maximum group of 6 people, with a cash prize!  

Tuesday Night:

The Bridge Hotel, always a popular one so good to book ahead of time! 

Wednesday Night:

A choice of two excellent pubs, round the corner from each other as well! The Elm Tree is hosted each week starting at 8pm, definitely more of a thinker but drinks tokens as prizes make it all worthwhile. The Colpitts hosted by someone new each week, so you never know what you’re getting! Lots of fun, with different prizes, at just £1 per person.  

Thursday Night:

Every Thursday the fabulous sports bar, The Library, hold a quiz that will cater to everyone! And timed well with Thirsty Thursdays being on the menu, for a cheaper pint while you try and win big! If you want a change, every other Thursday the Holy Grale does the most eccentric quiz in Durham. You never know what will be asked or how it will be asked, with new beers and ales on weekly no two visits will be the same.  

Sunday Night:

Whether you’re winding down your week or preparing for the next, Sunday night is always a good time for a quiz. The Bishops Mill hold a quiz that’s always a good laugh and good for when you want something a bit more laid back with a cheap pint and cheap food. The Woodman quiz is definitely for the brainiacs, with a charismatic host who’s sure to have you laughing no matter how bad your week has been. Always a thinker, but with great cash rewards and even better drink!
